Bellman/Guest Services Associate

Bellman/Guest Services Associate

Sycamore Mineral Springs Resort is now hiring for bellman/guest services associates. Applicants must have excellent customer service and communication skills. Job duties include but are not limited to: qualifying all incoming phone calls, booking/changing hotel reservations, check in and check out guests, luggage assistance, responding to in-house guest request calls, applicant must be able to sit or stand for extended periods of time. Applicants must also be able to move bags up to 50 lbs or more.

Requirements: Computer literate. Weekend, day, night, and holiday availability

Full time and part-time positions available.

Guest Services Agent

Manager on Duty

The Manager on Duty (MOD) position will provide a hands-on approach to managing the general day-to-day operations of the entire resort. The MOD will motivate and educate staff as well as make sure the highest level of customer service is provided from all of our staff. The MOD is expected to practice a "guest first" philosophy when resolving service issues. He/she will handle pressure situations with ease and work with guests to make sure their expectations are met and exceeded.

Responsibilities include assisting with reservations, reception and front desk duties as needed. The MOD will also be involved in training, coaching, employee relations and other operational duties. The MOD will maintain the safety of guests and provide a safe working environment for employees.

Excellent communication skills, problem-solving skills and cashiering skills are required. Excel, Word and computer skills are also required. Previous hotel experience is necessary, supervisory experience is preferred and bilingual is a plus.

This is a full time position which requires flexibility with scheduling, including nights, weekends and holidays. Benefits: vacation and sick leave; restaurant, hotel, spa & designated gift shop discounts.

Massage Therapist

Requirements: Previous Spa employment Training in deep tissue; pre-natal & hot stone preferred. Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays. Must be able to work a flexible schedule We hire team players with great attitudes!
